PALM SPRINGS MAN CHARGED IN SKY VALLEY MURDER

A Palm Springs man suspected of killing a man whose body was found in Sky Valley was charged with murder Friday. Jason Brokken was arrested Monday in connection with the death of Kenneth Moody. His body was found Sunday on the side of the road. Brokken is scheduled to be arraigned Friday. He was being held at the county jail in Indio in lieu of One-MillionDollars bail. Authorities are not saying if Brokken knew the victim, a motive, or how and when Moody died.
