DEADLY CRASH IN INDIO

A woman was killed last night after being struck by a motorcycle, then another car. It happened just after 8 p.m. on Indio Boulevard. Police say the victim was walking in a very dark part of the road when she was hit by a motorcyclist. Shortly afterward, a car struck the woman as she lay in the road. The motorcyclist was thrown from the bike in the collision. He was taken to a local hospital.
